  I came in for a meniscus tear to my left knee. Opted for surgery. I went in for surgery in late July. I am happy to say post surgery and completion of PT in October I am now running, cycling better than before the surgery. I just went on a tour of an old castle with lots of walking on uneven surfaces and climbing up and down steep narrow stairs - I was like a gazelle deftly maneuvering through the forest.
